Capital For Business, Inc.® (CFB) announced that it recently completed the acquisition of Kansas City, Kansas based A&E Custom Manufacturing Technology, Inc. as an add-on acquisition for Bennett Tool and Die Company, Inc. located in Nashville, Tennessee. A&E Custom Manufacturing is a full service metal fabrication shop, using state-of-the-art technology lasers, automation, robotics & systems to provide products & services for the company’s diversified customer base.
CFB partnered with Konza Valley Capital (Leawood, KS), Jefferson Capital Management, LLC (New Orleans, LA), and InvestAmerica Venture Group (Cedar Rapids, IA) in conjunction with Bennett and A&E management teams to complete this transaction.
