(CFB) announced that it recently completed the acquisition of Sharon Center, Ohio based TransMotion Medical, Inc. as an add-on acquisition for Winco Mfg., LLC located in Ocala, Florida. TransMotion Medical is a manufacturer of innovative medical stretcher-chairs, a product suite transforming the manner in which healthcare administrators address patient movement through the care cycle.
CFB partnered with Diamond States Ventures (Little Rock, AR) in conjunction with Winco Mfg. management to complete this transaction.
