St. Louis, MO – Entegra Attachments, a portfolio company of Capital For Business, Inc (“CFB”), announced its acquisition of TEI Rock Drills (“TEI”). TEI is a Montrose, CO, based manufacturer of specialized drilling machinery used in underground utilities, mining, tunneling, and construction applications.
The acquisition advances Entegra’s mission in building a comprehensive heavy attachments portfolio. The addition of TEI expands the depth and breadth of Entegra’s Pile Driving and Drilling Platform and complements its previous acquisitions of Hercules Machinery Corporation and Titan Metal Worx.
Bill Witzofsky, Senior Vice President at Capital For Business, commented, “CFB has been proud to support Entegra’s disciplined acquisition strategy and long-term growth objectives. TEI exemplifies the type of business we seek to partner with – market-leading, customer-focused, and well-positioned for continued growth. We are excited to welcome the TEI team to the Entegra platform and believe this acquisition further strengthens Entegra’s ability to serve customers across a broader range of products, applications, and end markets.”
Mike Flannery, Entegra Attachments’ CEO and partner investor, indicated that the acquisition of TEI Rock Drills, with critical investment and support from CFB, significantly enhances Entegra’s Pile Driving and Drilling Platform, as a result of combined synergies between two key technology pioneers. TEI’s winning proposition in rock drilling systems plus HMC’s premier position in vibratory pile driving, supported by the highest service, expertise, and training, makes for an unbeatable proposition. The acquisition reflects CFB’s continued commitment to supporting Entegra through strategic investments and acquisitions that strengthen the platform and create long-term value for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
CFB congratulates both the Entegra and TEI teams on this successful acquisition.
